Any service work is preceded by one of our trained mechanics inspecting your bike at no charge and then providing an estimate of the work that may be needed. We will gladly relay to you what we have found to be problematic and provide you with an explanation of how we plan to get your bike back on the road.

Mechanically bicycles are basically very similar, but they can be complex and sometimes require special tools. Our professionally trained mechanics are able to work on all bicycle brands and models, not just what we sell. Every member of our service team participates in training sessions several times each year to stay appraised of the latest technologies and to ensure that your bike is repaired correctly.

Walk-Ins Are Welcome

It is our goal to get your bike back to you as quickly as possible. If we can repair a flat tire, or make a quick adjustment on the spot, we will. During the height of the season this can be difficult and we make sure that repairs are completed in a first-in, first-out order for fairness. We want you back out on the road or trail enjoying your bicycle ASAP.
