I'm a 60 year old female just getting back into biking after many years. Bought this bike in the Spring. I have ridden it exclusively on NYS rail trails- probably 10-15 miles per outing. I love this bike. It is surprisingly light and agile. Components have come along way in 20 years I guess because this bike is stable, smooth shifting, easy to maneuver, great breaking, and just fun to ride. I would highly recommend this bike for trails and exercise seekers.
