Welcome to our on-line reservation system. We have contracted the services of AppointmentQuest so that our clients can fully manage their own training schedules. However, you MUST first have a username and password which we will provide after payment for training has been made.
If you do not currently have a login or are having trouble making an appointment, please contact the shop at 586-294-4070 or email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to help you get into the system and get your ride scheduled.
Sport Level clients:
Must contact the shop to arrange for a ride time and payment is due when they arrive. There will be a 3 strike policy in regards to missed appointments. If a client misses 3 appointments without the attempt to cancel or re-schedule, they will be required to pay for the ride at the time the appointment is made. Refunds will be issued if the appointment is cancelled before the scheduled time.
Elite Level clients:
Have access to the reservation system and can book appointments up to 6 weeks in advance. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 hours in advance. Cancellations and Re-scheduling must be done 24 hours in advance and there is no additional charge. If changes need to be made within these time constraints, please contact the shop so that we can facilitate the changes for you. As long as you make the attempt to contact us via phone or email before your scheduled time, you will not be charged for missed appointments.
