STORE POLICIES as of 4/1/21
Our showroom remains OPEN to customers and we are operating under normal business hours. Masks are required and will be provided should you need one. Hand sanitizer is also available. We ask that you please try to maintain social distancing rules and respect the personal space of others in the store.
Repair Services: All bicycle repair services have seen a surge and we now are promising repairs to be completed in under 3 weeks (no that is not an April fools joke). Unfortunately, supply issues are a limiting factor for us. Advance reservations are no longer necessary, so please just use the normal service entrance on the side of the building and we will try to provide an estimate while you wait.
Sales: Since the showroom is now open, customers are welcome to browse our inventory in-person. Please be aware we are still struggling to source bicycles and that we have a limited supply. At the checkout counter we have installed barriers and placed marks on the floor for proper distancing.
Bike Fitting: Our Precision Bike Fit is a very in-depth process that involves the fitter and client being in a very close proximity for an extended period of time. We are taking all precautions to stay safe and minimize the risk of exposure to either the fitter or client. If you are comfortable with this, we are now accepting appointments and are about 1-2 weeks out from today's date. Please call the shop to schedule.
Online Sales: We have turned on the shopping cart and will now accept online sales that can either be picked up in-store, curbside pickup, or shipped right to your door. Please note, we are not allowed to ship bicycles. Bicycles must be picked up in-store.

We have partnered with one of our largest vendors to provide delivery to your address directly from their warehouses during this unique time. They have several locations throughout the country and carry a wide array of cycling products.
